Unless you have access to UA lounges through membership or credit card, you will not have lounge access for that final segment. AFAIK the LOT lounge will not let you in without a departing EK boarding pass.
If your final destination is DC, curious why you aren't flying EK to IAD?
I don’t like the IAD departure time. It’s one of their 2am departures.
