If you want a truly unique view, consider flying on Cape Air. They fly to over a dozen destinations out of BOS.
Last Saturday I did a day trip to LEB with them. I would not suggest going to LEB as there isn't a lot to do there (to the point that I ended up leaving an hour earlier than planned), but the views from the flights themselves were terrific.
