I never enabled it, and always decline when DL prompts it. I don’t trust their IT enough to jump through those hoops. Wondering if my gut instinct paid off haha.

So a couple things here:
1. Three of the four in my family had MFA, and none could login with the app or website about a month ago, when I posted.
My daughter didn't have MFA, she was fine on my phone, my computer(s), my iPad.
2. I'm wondering if the multiple credit cards, or - maybe - out of the country is playing a role here.
