I completed a one-night stay here last weekend. Platinum and used points to secure one of the last rooms. NUA was denied and website confirmed there were no suites available, but was upgraded to a high floor deluxe room (identical to post 129 above). Asked for and was given a late check out of 1300. Took Alibus from the airport to the ferry terminal (last stop) for €5 then walked 10 minutes to hotel. Left via Toledo metro stop to the train station. Hotel is perfectly situated between two metro stops.
It's expensive, old, small rooms, but in a great location with friendly staff and good breakfast.
This perfectly explains this hotel it is in a good location, and one of the better breakfasts I've had in Italy for a chain hotel.
