Hi everyone,
For the past 3–4 days I’ve been completely unable to sign in to my Delta SkyMiles account. Initially, I was still logged into the app and could see miles posting normally, but I couldn’t access any of my vouchers. I decided to log out and back in—which turned out to be a mistake—since now I can’t sign in on either the app or the website.
Here’s what I’ve tried so far:
- Successfully reset my password several times, but login still fails.
- Contacted Delta support multiple times. They confirmed my account is not locked, under audit, or flagged for fraud.
- Submitted government-issued ID via the “gain access to your account” form. Got a reply within an hour confirming my account is verified but also saying my account was never locked or under audit and suggesting I should try and reset the password again, but still no change—login continues to fail:

- Tried again today with a fresh reset, no success.
- Opened a support ticket with delta.
What’s odd:
- I'm still logged in to Delta Stays and my miles balance keeps updating correctly in it.
- Delta’s system recognizes my SkyMiles number in password reset emails (with status displayed), yet when I try to book a new flight as a guest, the website says my SkyMiles number is invalid.

Here's the error message I get when trying to login with the correct password:
I currently hold Gold Medallion (soon Platinum again) and have 3 Amex Reserve Business cards linked and have done no funny business that could trigger a shutdown or audit.
At this point I keep getting the runaround from customer service. Has anyone experienced something similar or found a workaround to get back into their account?
