The crew did everything in their power to fix the seat. Nor does it make sense that they offered 15% off provided I fly by the end of the year when I don't even return home until 11 November and I am flying back to Kuwait on the 15 of jan 2026. I am or have been the highest level frequent flyer with Delta, Lufthansa, AirFrance, and Turkish. I have been laying at an elite level for over 30 years.
I was given 20,000 for a broken entertainment system. They give me 13,500 and then took it back. Nor is this RAGE, It is consequences. I have flown Qatar air many times and never had a bad experience with them. I just like Turkey.
Their choice, I would have booked 5 intercontinental flights in 2026. Now they lost that.
