EDIT- within 3 days the doluble cash card showed up on my online account and i was able to cash out at 1:1 again...
u should try to skim thru doc and FM blogs as much as possible to get latest news.
next time, strongly consider CCC vs DC. but maybe u dont have another 2x card. but IMHO CCC way more overpowered and useful. also has cashout 1CCP if thats important to u.

offers go out 1st of month and middle around 15th. but offers not always available so u should keep eye on email.
