Would be 100 times less confusing if the word "
points miles" was not used as the redeemable and status measure. Other ffp's have done this, like AA. Many other (most) ffp's always had different words for redeemable and status measure. BA have TP Tier Points and (redeemable) avios, QF have SC Status Credits and (redeemable) points:- no confusion
