Has anyone here recently rented a car on Easter Island? Any price estimates for a 7 day rental would be welcome. Also, any car rental agencies you can recommend (or advise to avoid) would be appreciated. I don't have recent info by any means, so I'm sorry there. But I will say that 7 days in IPC seems excessive. We had 5 full days (due to the flights), and it was more than plenty. We certainly loved the place and covered it very thoroughly (including a lot of hiking) given it's somewhere we're unlikely to ever return to, but I'm not sure what you'd do there for so long. Just food for thought.
