In a battle with DoorDash today. Did a group order for my department for lunch. 24 items. Only 10 items delivered. When I contacted support, they refused to redeliver despite the fact I pointed out most people in my department would be going without a meal. And they only offered to refund the cost of the missing food - but none of the associated taxes, fees, or tip. I told them that was unacceptable and they told me to wait while they transferred me to resolutions except I got disconnected. The 2nd person I talked to was even worse and only offered to refund $21. On a $250 bill. But they did at least get me to resolutions. Now waiting to hear back. At this point, the only resolution we will accept is a full refund of the entire order. Because we had to reorder and now most of our department will be eating lunch at 2pm instead of 11:30.
