If the Grande Suite is the 02 room at the end of the corridor, there will be plenty of room.
In fact, you can put the roll-a-way in the living room and he can use the second half-bath (although there is no shower in it).
Now that I think about it, the 12 suites would be even better because they have two full bathrooms.
