I also fear that you didn’t have time to go potty at SCL so ideally it wasn’t a concern. I am an ultra fan of comfort while flying.

The FA in my class did allow me to visit my Mother in F for the SLC-FLL flight, but I never took her up on her offer, as I passed out after Snack Service and did not awaken again until before we landed.
Not to worry although we didn't have time to go potty at SLC, we were able to use the lavatory before boarding due to the slightly delayed departure. Ditto I am an ultra fan of comfort while flying too!
