The experience you have described saddens me to the core; being shouted at/ berated by an EI member of staff is not something I've ever come across. FR absolutely yes I have witnessed it but not EI.
Hopefully you will get some Avios thrown at you when you submit your complaint on Monday.
Moving the Gate unnerves me due to being Deaf. Same with trains platform swapping.
