Angry this is asinine
everything was working fine the past couple days, but this morning the iPhone app asked me to log in … after the “synching your trips” message and the spinning circle disappeared, the only trip that showed up in My Trips is a placeholder award on HA metal in June

spent the last 10-15 min going back and forth to email to find the dozen or so PNRs that *should* be there, and manually adding each
