No idea on the Showers in the EI lounge I'm afraid ( there is a sign saying they exist, they are upstairs on the balcony level in the lounge ) .. but given the tiny bathroom provision in the lounge overall can't imagine there's more than one or two !
That would be easy with fast track but it doesn't matter too much even without with 15 minutes at most- that's definitely a breeze. I just checked the oneworld lounge site and it says there are showers. Would rather shower in a lounge over a grim and dirty hostel dormitory bathroom (being in a room for no more than 8 hours in London prices doesn't justify spending on a hotel) on a 5 week trip!.
