A signup bonus travel credit isn't something you can see in your account, only a customer service representative can view it. You can call in to confirm its existence if you'd like. It works identically to the $300 annual travel credit, though I believe the signup bonus credit must be used through the portal. You can go ahead and make bookings in the portal, and as soon as the charges post, you'll see the credit applied instantly. At least, that's how it worked for my wife, who just used her $300 signup bonus for the Sapphire Preferred.
