Baggage Allowance Discrepancies on Glasgow to Dublin Flight

I’m seeing discrepancies about baggage on a flight I am taking next month from Glasgow to Dublin. When I booked the ticket, it said I had a checked bag included. Part of the website says I do indeed have a bag but another part says I don’t have a bag. I emailed customer service and they agreed that I do not have a checked bag included. I’m trying to add one but I cannot because it says I already have one.

Aer Lingus has been nearly impossible to connect to. No one answers their phones, their Facebook messenger doesn’t work nor does their website chat or WhatsApp. I’m in the United States so that may be why. In addition, their website says it includes (or doesn’t include) a 20kg bag but the customer care agent indicated a 10kg bag in the email.

Since they sent me that email they have completely ghosted me and failed to respond.

Looking for advice and suggestions for those who have flown Aer Lingus. This is my first time flying them. Even if I can add a bag at the airport I’m not really interested in doing that.

All of the screenshots are attached.
