Yes. Status bonuses remain unchanged from today (Silver at 25%, Gold 50%, Platinum 100% and Titanium 150%), and will apply across whichever earn option the member selects.
"points" = redeemable points. This does not apply to status points.
If they meant "status points", then they would have said "points and status points" in the chart you posted. They now call this a "status holder bonus" to try to distance itself from the word "status" as in "status points"
