I just had to call Customer Care to get them to credit an AS award flight from last week. Agent tried twice to credit it and the system rejected it. Had to put me on hold for 10 minutes to "try something else" before she got it to stick. That's an AS flight booked on AS.com. If you're trying to get things done via email I would abandon that approach and just call them. I've previously had to do that to get partners credited correctly and that was before the two different booking location earn rates. Eliminating the two earn rates might make things easier on their end.
