The continual changes and ongoing uncertainty are for me key reasons to avoid this program. It's also become unbelievably complicated. I've really no interest in learning the (constantly changing) nuances, particularly since I can earn OWE so easily through AA.

The former AS program had appeal for frequent travelers who did not live in SEA, PDX, or Alaska (now adding Hawaii to the list, and possibly SAN). From my perspective, that's over.
