I'd think that opening smaller popup provisions outposts have GOT to be less expensive than opening large full-service clubs...based on limited food/snacks/no alcohol in provisions likely offset the cost of square footage a large permanent club costs to lease. They are limiting consumption to some degree by handing you an individual sandwich or salad, preventing hoarders. But if I have a long enough connection time at CLT, i'd have no issue walking to Provisions to get better food to enjoy in a full service club
