How is the $15,000 spend in a calendar year computed? For example, if my statement dated January 25, 2025 was for $5,000, but only $2,000 of that amount was actually charged in calendar year 2025, do I get credit for the January statement amount ($5,000) or only the actual calendar year 2025 charged ($2,000) when computing the $15K annual spend? I normally try to accrue points on airline cards, but would like to finish out the $15,000 spend to get the second "free" night with the Hyatt card.
