It's early days yet of course but what I see for F pricing on the LHR-JNB-LHR route over the next 10 months is most strange: for every one of the next 10 months, including the current one, fares of approx £5k are available (A class). I'd expect it will change. It's fairly common this far out for only fully-flex fares to be available. BA don't need to sell the seats yet and wouldn't necessarily want to pre-sell a bunch of seats at low prices n case some huge event in JNB or London gets announced that would allow them to make more money. A class will probably appear in the next few months.
