Too fast incursions in FT, these days.

I doubt that many here would enjoy staying at this location, where I go on a regular basis.

The Jodd Fairs Night Market is small but worth going to and there is a large traditional market.
Many mainland Chinese nationals live in the area and have business there, so there are the main patrons of the nightlife (Clubs, massage places, restaurants are essentially targeting them) in the area, along Thai people. Huai Khwang is considered a step below On Nut in terms of living area (condo prices or apartment rentals are more affordable).

There are a couple of shopping centers but they are not especially interesting.

The large Chinese Embassy is also nearby.

It is totally different from the old Chinatown, a truly interesting area, where the population is a mix of Thais and Thai-Chinese.

There are also heavy traffic hours in this area.
