Let's take it a step further! Would YVR-DFW-PVR on AA in J earn 250%, both are international flights? How about YVR-LAX-DFW-CUN? Would the LAX-DFW segment earn 150% while the YVR-DFW & DFW-CUN segments earn 250%.

I am not sure what they really mean. Is it all International from any point to any point or only on International to/from North America? How about flights within Schengen?

Of course, there will no longer be Elite Status bonuses. The 150%/250% are both Status Points and Points for redemptions, so the Points earnings will be the same for Silver & Titanium.
