I have an award ticket that I booked over the phone with AS for flying on AA today. Somehow my name is spelled Parkinfon instead of Parkinson. Clearly a fat finger error. I called AA who said because it's 027 stock, Alaska needs to fix it. Alaska says they cant do any name changes to partner tickets. Any suggestion of who I need to talk to to get this fixed? AA said there is an inter airline partner desk that usually handles this kind of stuff.
