It is a paid ticket (IAD-BRU-FLR) and it was easy to rebook. I rebooked via Frankfurt (IAD-FRA-FLR) but I had to pay the difference in fare even though the partner flight BRU-FLR) was cancelled. I think they should have done it free of charge.
