when you call again, make sure you mention that this is a cancellation and you are requesting a re-routing on available partner flights. Best is to come prepared with (LHG) options to FLR or possibly offering to fly to VCE or MXP where UA options will exist (that is much easier and if an award ticket ... might be the only options).

Below is a good option via LX that has availability in all booking classes on the UA codeshare. On a paid ticket this should be a piece of cake to rebook
