Not that I don’t agree, but what would you suggest?

I suspect BA will say that free seat selection at T-7 and use of business class checkin facilities is more than enough. If they need to justify this they’ll do so by hiking seat selection prices to
make the ‘perk’ more valuable.

Adding fast track security would be nice and make Bronze worthwhile without diluting Silver too much. The main differentiators then being lounge access and seat selection at booking.
