I did this with Sixt. One way rental, pickup without scanner, dropoff with scanner. Three places where it was marked as damaged. Two were in my preexisting videos, one was about an inch above the bottom of the bumper so I didn't catch it. They did charge me for damage but they dropped it when I called them.
