Last time the first week or two was okay. Once Payday came and went they might as well have had a sickout going. Definitely a bring patience and extra time after that. Remember last time the shutdown ultimately was ended when the ATC had a sickout and effectively shutdown the NorthEast corridor. That got everyone's attention real quick.
