Now STL is interesting (for me at least). Because it's codeshared it will appear on drop downs on the fare screens on BA. Once STL rejoins the BA network then I think finally BA has finally covered all the routes used by BMI in their short but sometimes lamented USA servicing. It's just about the only USA city which has had a better service in the pass, perhaps DTW too.
