I am going through this exact problem. Unfortunately Indian BAEC have not come through for me at all. I have made endless calls. Whether UK or India BA EC or Reservations, they all act like programmed robots. And they all tell me that manual re-calculations have to be sent to the back office!
I’m not sure what else you are expecting? As agents we have to rely on the reservation system and if the system quotes incorrectly the only way to check this would be to send to fares.

We arent trained in manually checking tax levels and what should/shouldnt be charged, only fares are.
