Interesting upgrade list scenario this week. I pushed through an upgrade into Polaris at T-72 hours. The displayed list never showed my name... until T-12 hours, at which point #1 on the list must have been very confused to see that someone got upgraded who had never previously been visible on the list.

Equally odd was that when I called in to push the upgrade the cabin was "half full" in the words of the agent. An exaggeration I think, but it was 9's everywhere. At T-12 hours when my name popped on the list, It showed 47 of 48 booked, but no other upgrades.
