I seem to remember this has been discussed here before but I cannot seem to find it.

I am flying Air France to ICN in November. The travel agency issued the ticket using a Korean Air flight number - very significantly lower price than if booking on the Air France flight number.

The reservation however seems to be in no-man's land. Cannot access it on either the Korean Air or Air France website. Called the Platinum Line and they said it only becomes an Air France responsibility when airport check-in opens. No on-line check-in available. Is this correct?
