Looks like flight miles will convert 1:1 and credit card miles will convert 1:0.82. They also have mapped OZ/*A Elite Tiers. Diamond gets Skyteam Elite Plus. It was previously difficult to attain Skyteam Elite Plus through KE. I think it was 500,000 lifetime miles but they are creating a new tier equivalent to Asiana Diamond.
