So I just.walked past the door for the bus to T1 and after a VERY long walk (prob close to a mile, 6K steps for me) made it to the sidewalk in front of TB. I'm not sure what the "West Gates" are either, but they might be a part of TB that would provide shuttle service to the other terminals, and avoid walking a mile to get to the sidewalk. The flight itself was good for the price (a seat cushion would help), left early and arrived early, and I would fly them again. Hopefully this young airline will flourish and in the future can either find another option for baggage claim or, even better, get into a different terminal..
