Anyone has data points about how fast can I get my summit companion certificate back after you canceled the tickets (or if you get them back at all)?

My plan is to use them to book JX J, and as in traditional JX J, I usually need to book the "full fare" J first, and wait for the saver J to become available close to the departure date, and then change the booking to the saver one.
