Oh, that's smart! I haven't used Evernote in forever; but if you can still do this with a free version then I might reinstall it. IIRC, you can only use it for free on one device at a time, so I'd probably install it on my iPad. Haven't gotten around to adding how to save web pages for offline use yet, but I wrote an article about sources of free online media for downloading legally things for super long flights:
