I had the 25k award deposited into my account today, but spent hours trying to redeem it on two one way SQ business class awards (25k each) before the partnership ends on Oct 1.

I was unsuccessful.

I tried:

Different browsers
App
Private browsing
Calling in to AS

My first attempt gave an error and said the booking was placed on hold and to call in. Agent confirmed this flight was eligible for the 25k award but was unable to resolve the issue.

Every attempt after that, I get a -1990 error at payment screen, and it never put it on hold again.

Anyone know how I can resolve this issue in the less than 48 hours I have left of the SQ partnership?
