I used to be an Uber One subscriber, but didn’t find it worthwhile (not enough use), so I canceled earlier this year. About two weeks before the Amex refresh Uber offered me a free six month subscription. So I will not be using my 2025 Amex credit. But I guess free is free and it doesn’t matter how I get it. Just have to make sure it auto-renews with the Platinum card.
