Hi,

With all of the newish hotels/Casinos in Macau and the old Portuguese culture, you could spend 3 or 4 days easily ( plus if you go mid week prices can be reasonable at the Conrad/Wynn etc). Weekend prices can be a lot higher ( like vegas)
Hong kong does have a lot also ( inc Disney)
I would probably do 3 nights in HKG and 2 in macau ( or 4/1 depending on your preferences)
