Hi zhaobao,

It can be hard to check in for both legs of a journey until it is less than 48 hours before the second/connecting flight. However, I have often found the Garuda Indonesia website temperamental, i.e. it works fine sometimes and other times it doesn't.

One idea: Have you tried checking in online on the flyGaruda app?
