I'm still one of those people using Evernote. I use the web clipper to grab articles I want to save, and I have them dumped to a folder that I sync for offline use.

Then, when I'm on a plane using the iPad, I catch up on the articles I grabbed because they looked interesting. It's a great way to pass the time.
