At the bottom of the hill , near your place , there is a supermarket which has osechi to order (also x-mas turkey/ham).
There is also Jasmine on Meiji-Dori but I think the price is now ¥50,000 or so. Other than that , you could try Meiji-ya and look at their catalogue.
