Agree with the experiences. Flew OPO-LIS-GRU back in August. Inbound from OPO was 5 min early at gate (jetbridge) and I had 2h15m ... I just made it, because outbound immigration took 90 minutes (EU citizen). One of the key problem is that autormatic passport gates rejected close to 100% of all eligible pax, including myself. So we were moved to the manual lane, which was overwhelmed. So my advice is 3 h without baggage and 4 h with baggage.
