Is fast-track security for T2 terminal departures served 100% by the new CT machines ?

The last time I used the terminal (QR), I have a hazy memory of a Hobson's choice split between old and new technologies. I'm not normally bothered, but I'm taxed with carrying "liquids" that won't fit in the plastic bag.
