Having depart from PVG and SHA back in July, I'd pick SHA for the convenience.
Amap should be fairly easy to navigate and it's the perfect time to familiarise it.
I stayed at the caption Shanghai and it was very easy to get to SHA for my departure for what it's worth with train (much faster than a cab would have been) . PVG would've definitely made me rethink logistics a bit more. So yea, agree with SHA.
