Is there a good tour operator for a trip to Argentina, and Chile, and maybe including Uruguay?

I know there are LOTs of possible activities in both countries. This would be my first trip, and I am just planning on getting an overview of each country, and probably not venturing too far from each capital city.

What are suggested locations between Buenos Aires and Santiago de Chile? I like architecture, history, nature, and of course eating!
