There is more than one type of Chase reward night. If you have the older IHG Chase Select card those FNA's are limited to 40K. If you have the newer IHG Premier card, they are Flex FNA's, and can be topped off for stays above 40k. I have both cards, so get one of each type of FNA annually.

Thanks. That makes sense. I have $75 one not the $95 one. But I thought you can only have one card and not both?
